Nine - yes, you read that right: nine! - days of workshops for every level, an opportunity for anyone who wants to learn, practice, have fun and share!
We will offer a rich and intense schedule, spanning the world of movement at three hundred and sixty degrees, to take our practice to an even higher level.
There will be washing machines and flows, whips and pops, icarian games, hand to hand, dance lifts, standing, handstands, yoga and much more.
