Through years of experience, after teaching hundreds of students we have created a course for beginners with little to no experience in AcroYoga, Yoga or Acrobatics
In this course we share what we have learned from years of trial and error. We have refined the explanation process, providing only the necessary information. We show you the common mistakes we see our students make so you can avoid them, fast-tracking your way to strong, fluid movements
The course is centered around a sequence or flow: combining many basic & more difficult poses, breaking them down, mounting & dismounting them then linking them fluidly
